Pittsburgh Area Computer Services provides in-shop, on-site and in-home repair services.

Our Repair Services

Drop off / Pick-Up

Drop off / Pick-Up service is available at our retail location during our normal business hours. Drop offs require a $60.00 drop off fee, which covers the diagnostic and the first hour of repair service. Additional Hours of labor are $60.00. (Updated 2/2024)

On-Site \ In-Home

On-Site \ In-Home services are billed at $95.00 per hour with a one hour minimum. We bill on the quarter hour, following the first hour. Local service calls have a half hour minimum. Non-local service calls with be charged a $40.00 Trip Charge.  (Updated 2/2023)

Pick-Up and Drop-Off

Pick-Up and Drop-Off service is available for machines that will need to be service in-shop. Local Pick-up and Drop-Off (no more than 10 minutes distance) service charges are $25.00 each way.  Extended area (no more than 25 minutes distance) pick-up and drop-off service charges are $50.00 each way.
